This plugin would make multiple microphone "channels" allowing playing to hear only those who are in the same channel as themselves. This would be nice for servers that are full of spam.

This would allow admins to name the channels, maybe type !channels would bring up a menu, etc. It would make it nicer.

j-factor created a plugin like this called voicechannels. He hasn't posted it here yet though, and it has some bugs. I would love to see a new version, or something similar with a alltalk, teamchat, and micspam channel, especialy if it automatically moved spammers to micspam channel. Also, configurable where they transmit to, and where they hear.
