Please add like i asked the cl_interp and the cl_interp_ratio

it really works, use commands:
"sm_fixlerp" "1"
"sm_max_interp" "0.1"
any player who change lerp to high will be kicked. and this plugin get fix for connected clients, you see notifications in chat.
