I just have some servers and I need help.
Is there someone who could create a form on the web where the player would enter SteamID, email and ode that came from the SMS and it will activate VIP for month?
I can pay, but I really need it. So?

This seems more like a plugin request than scripting help, so thread should probably be moved.

You could probably use the tVip plugin for easy temporary vip functionality, and for adding it in via web you could probably just manually add an entry for that player in the tVip database.
