Вот, только что скачал специально из поста, поставил на чистый L4D2 (SM 1.10.0.6536).
Всё прекрасно работает. Попробуй снести все плагины, оставить только этот.

Если напишешь в консоль команду:

The description says that the maps are now added automatically, but they don't show up for me, only the Default maps. How to add custom maps? I've tried everything and I can't

Test map and All maps sections says "No maps in this group"
Mapchanger_info.txt is filled automatically when I use !maps_reload with many maps, not all of them installed (I only have two campaigns with "1" on addonlist.txt, Sector 74 and Tumtara, the others have value 0 but still those are also scanned, although not all). All the campaigns have the same format:

Remove MapChanger.l4d2.txt file and try again / or reinstall plugin.
If that doesn't help, than perhaps you are doing something wrong or have conflict with other mysterious plugin.
I downloaded / updated my Local Windows Dedicated L4D2 server using the following script:

Installed latest SM v1.10
Downloaded and unpacked all files from 1st post and copied to server.
Download map City17 unpacked zip and placed city17l4d2.vpk file in my V:\server\l4d2\left4dead2\addons folder
Ran the game and server, entered !maps and City17 is correctly displayed under "All maps" menu.
See screenshot.
Double-check everything. Test with a single installed map and single plugin + SM only.

BTW, by trying to change map, I had thrown from server with console error:

perhaps, because Valve continuing put some shit in updates.
This happens both by changing map with my plugin or with sm_map command. Nevertheless, map is successfully changed on the server-side.

There is no need to enter !maps_reload command manually unless you upload new addon maps in real-time.
There is no such thing as addonlist.txt on clear dedicated server by default. AFAIK, it is client-side feature.
If some maps aren't present in MapChanger.l4d2.txt, you'll have to provide name/links to that to let me see its format. Low change but it's still possible it is too badly formatted.

I disabled all plugins = not works. I move all vpk to a temporary folder except Tumtara and Sector 74 and redo the addonlist.txt file = works. Activate all plugins again = works. Vpk back to the addons folder = works. WTF???

Just to clarify, on a server addonlist.txt still works as usual, ie you can choose which vpk to activate or not with the server. I use it to switch between different population.txt files, enable or disable Extended Common Infected (which adds new types of infected and requires both server and client to have it), and so on. I know, in some cases it forces the client to have the same addon or they will see some ERROR, but I have indicated it with a help message when entering.

The first time I loaded your plugin when I was testing the server, it loaded with all the maps that were in the folder, but then I edited addonlist.txt to reduce the maps and addons that are loaded.

Now the maps I see in MapChanger_info.txt are ALL the ones in the addons folder, whether they are in the addonlist or not.
Now the maps I see in MapChanger.l4d2.txt are ONLY the ones that are enabled in addonlist.txt with "1"
I did not write anything, I just erased everything before doing all these tests.
Perhaps the maps that are read in MapChanger.l4d2.txt if they are not in MapChanger_info.txt the plugin does not load any.
I send you my files so you can see how is (everything there was written automatically, without my intervention)
At this time and as the files are, WORKS
The next time it happens to me, I will simply delete the campaigns that I have deactivated from MapChanger.l4d2.txt.
I'm surprised that your plugin differentiates between campaigns activated in addonlist.txt in only one of the files but not in the other.

Thanks for let me know.

Plugin doesn't support addonlist.txt.
Looks like, it is how engine works - preventing file system to access to vpk contents which are disabled in addonlist.txt. MapChanger think that all maps are already enumerated and prevent refreshing the list when you enable new maps in addonlist.txt (for performance purposes).

Bug will be fixed in the new update which will be release not soon.
Meanwhile, you can just reinstall MapChanger data files and allow it to enumerate all maps after removing any restriction made in addonlist.txt

Probably a bug

I use ACS for voting the next map and this one for custom map playing, but when I use this plugin changed to a default map, it would not change to the map that ACS vote in final, and drop all players in server
