But I find some problem in your photo,
your FF2 subplugins seem install incorrect,
You need to put them into "addons\sourcemod\plugins\freaks" file,
and rename *.smx to *.ff2
also,try remove some SMAC plugin you don't need it,
for example : smac_l4d2_fixes.smx , smac_hl2dm_fixes.smx ...
