xb bots trick game and gives them fake steamids which depending on the hour of day adjusts bots so it doesnt increase suspicion when using this plugin for a higher rank on gametracker server list. occasionally a random bot is kicked so it appears that new people and older players come back to play on his awesome server that probably doesnt allow real players to join in order to not interfere with this contraption. he probably intents to sell this rank for money using popular ports such as 27015-17. gametracker as a website allows server data transfer only when both servers share the same port and by that the buyer gets a nice spot in the ranking table on a fresh server
