The plugin (in my previous post) should check if the user has a decoy and if so sets health to 1 hp...

Got a slight issue while running this plugin on TF2 I cannot seem to set the health to any value lower than the default. I want to set it to 20 but at spawn, the characters still have their full health as normal? Any thoughts on why this might be?
