but my server is steam server i made it from hldsupdatetool.exe plz help and than i patched it for non steam players so it kind of ok kindly help me plz?????

You allow Non-Steam players to join your server, so that makes your server Non-Steam. Non Steam = No Support.

i tried this plugin with simple steam server amxmod one plugin which is this one and it again did't worked i been through to some other user of that plugin and the told that it has some conflict with amx 1.8 or so i m noob so the only thing i understand is this
