    Commands
    sm_pm - Sends a private message to a specific user.

    Installation instructions

    Couple of tips:
    • Don't use RegAdminCmd with "0" as the default flags. Just use "RegConsoleCmd" - people can still override it.
    • iirc, IsSoundPrecached() always returns true, even if it's not precached.
    • You need to make g_iLastClient[client] set to 0 OnClientDisconnect, otherwise people will be getting invalid client exceptions when a player tries to reply to a client who has already disconnected.

    I get your plugin but if someone that didn't have admin he cant to write a pm
