here is small lazy versio of this plugin (CSGO only).
Only one cvar sm_throwingknives_enable 1/0

infinite knives and for everyone.

I replace smokegrenade_projectile to weapon_knife and prevent pickup (post #5)

no special effects or headshots, no settings, everything is hardcoded.

Do you have no-block or which mp solid team mode?

mp_solid_teammates 0 and i dont have no block unless if it's installed in the HNS plugin than i use https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=239132 but i think i dont have no block in this plugin also.
