for dm_ maps but plugins didn't unload . Don't know what is wrong
Try it without the .smx extension:
sm plugins unload abner_deathrun
sm plugins unload weapon_restrict
sm plugins unload reflect

Just make them all disabled from the get go and then only LOAD the ones you need.
So unload shouldn't even be an option, only for specific cases.

Did try
sm plugins load abner_deathrun

on dr_ maps , plugins put in disabled folder, and it load on dr_ maps change.
But when server change to mg_maps it not unload that plugin with

sm plugins unload abner_deathrun

what is wrong ?

OK , I get it now
on dr_ map load using sm plugins load /disabled/abner_deathrun
so
on mg_ map load must be using sm plugins unload /disabled/abner_deathrun
thanks
they should be in disabled folder path for both

You don't need to unload abner_deathrun in mg_ maps as it will disabled as long as you don't put "sm plugins load abner_deathrun" in mg_.cfg
