Meny servers have problems with there file downloads - you can connect and download sounds/admin models.. ower an howr and at the end just connect to a nother server. Can someone create a plugin, that will send files to the client when he is connected (not connecting)?

i dont think thats possible.. because he wont be able to load the map or models needed for the map and just cause his cs to crash

It is posible. CS 1.5 has this function - at the bottom of the monitor when player is connected is a loading that send information to users of a nother players temdecal.wad. In 1.6 this funcion is also possible, but the task bar is invinsible. + for what do you fink client cmd cl_download_ingame 1 is? =)

P.S. i am talking obout not criticaly needed files, like firstblood.wav, adminmodel.mdl... This files will work on client at roundstart or when downloaded, and it will have no crash efect.
