I'd like to know the command to use a gun in the right hand and the knife in the left hand thanks I already know cl_righthand -1 is knife right and gun left +karma will be added.

That's just stupid they allow left hand weapons right hand knife but not left hand knife right hand weapons...

cl_lw 1 or i think cl_lc 1 something short lke that ive done it plenty of times

If that does work (using -1 to get that effect) I think it's just a bug.

The proper usage of that and how it's supposed to work is
cl_righthand 1 = use right hand
cl_righthand 0 = use left hand
Im guessing using -1 one way it reads it as a 1 and the other way reads it as -1.
