Actually I've been getting the same issue with TF2ItemType having the most handles as well. I thought it were my custom changes that screwed something up, but it looks like it's not.

new to tf2 and was trying to host ff2 i get the following error

Fixed in newest update.

I deleted 2 plugins got problem. (ff2_grapplehookplus_edited, playerclimb_ff2)
But dynamic plugin is problem

getting spammed as well in error log
game is unplayable
switch back to v1.19.9 for now
