User Joined team event

How can I detect when a user joined a team or went to spectators?

This doesn't work:
forward client_changeteam(id, newteam, oldteam);

I'm making a plugin for amx 1.8.2

Hook up event "joined team" with register log event.

I don't know how to use register_logevent

Event also gets triggered 2 times for each player, every round.
