[Request for Quote] write pug mod

Hello, I am looking for a programmer or a group of programmers to code me a pug mod.

Platform: Half-Life 1: Counter-Strike v1.6 (Steam)
Request for: Pug mod. Needs to be able to handle CPL style scoring with overtime and multiple overtime as necessary.
Requirements for the code: Thinly coded, modular design. If a dll will improve the efficiency of the pug mod, then code me a dll. Otherwise, I do not believe that a dll is not mandatory. Upon completion of the pug mod code, the code may be subject to an audit.
Programmer Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency in coding.

Well, you give no description of what you want the mod to be, and do yo ueven know what you wrote?

If you are paying someone to make this plugin than I assure you it will be made since this is a fairly simple mod from what I know.

I think this condition will be the most difficult to fulfill...
It means only someone who belongs to AMX Mod X Dev team can really fulfill it, but these people are too much busy to do it for You.
