[REQ] Team Talk

Hello guys, i already searched and couldnt find anything that could help me.
I need one plugin that allow player to talk to their team, if they're dead or alive, everyone in the team can see it.

Chat and voice*

voice_radius.amxx & sv_alltalk try to play with it cause it works im running it myself.
