I found this plugin. Seems like it need .ini file and it's somekinda server side cheat plugin

Can someone help me to go to understand how to use this.. This can be only usable in de_nuke at coordinates -815 x, -2383 y, 21 ?

Just FYI, v2.0 was coded about a year ago and therefore, sucks.
