I just made my boss and he's doing great so far, but everytime someone joins an error occurs on the server console "CreateFragmentsFromFile: materials/blahblahblah" and when I leave and re-join, it redownloads everything. So can I have a little help?

AND it apparently doesn't download the .mdl and it's materials properly, so it ends up as a normal spy with a facial...problem.

PLUS: Custom sounds aren't working for my boss.

1. Redownloads is caused by:
-wrong directory
-not in download server

2. Facial issues:
-same as above

3. Model issues
-same as above

4. Custom sounds
-Same as above
-incorrect bitrates
>MP3s have to be 64 or 128
>WAVs I can't remember

I have tended to everything and have gotten everything to work EXCEPT the custom sounds. Even though I set them to either 64/128, they aren't working

Go to your directory of the sound files on YOUR account and server.
See if it is there in the first place.

If not in account, then the problem is same as my earlier post. If not in server, put it there.
If it is, then look out for any problems in YOUR console, not the server. Because if it is found on the server with everything set up then its a client-side issue.

Everything is correct, in place. But the sounds still don't play.

Check your Bosses' cfg area concerning sounds and formats. If you want you can post it, I'll take a look.

Alright, nevermind. Got it working yet the model in-game appears as an error because the new update screwed it up.
