What exactly do you mean by auto disconnect?

I remember, that I had to increase the maximum connections per minute in my Mysqldatabase to handle the amount of writing attempts. This was on windows

After reading your other post I am assuming you are talking about some sort of afk-kicker-disconnect?

Check your Plugins if theres a afkkicker or google, if your mod (I think it was empires?) does some sort of idlekicking. I know to less about empires to answer that, but I know CSS does have some sort of idle-player-handling

Thank you but hlstatsx has it built in, its an auto disconnect for idling it was set to 250 seconds, its in the hlstats.pl I changed the time to 5 hours (18000 seconds) now but would prefer to disable it completely.
It auto kicks for idling.
Nope empires does not have 1.

Hm funny thing. I never got anything like that. Do you have Teammanaging on in HLstatsWebinterface?

What do you mean by teammanaging, where is that option in the web interface? I don't seem to see it

It is called "AutoTeamBalance"

You can find it:

GameSettings -> Game Name -> Edit Servers -> Configure

I had it disabled, I did turn it on not sure if it was enabled at that time but it was giving inaccurate player count on the web site so I disabled it again.
