@Happy DODs player. the custom-chatcolors.cfg is read by the engine in an alphabetic system, and reads from left to right, top to bottom sequentially allocating tags to flags systematically. Steam Id's must go before any groups or flags.
having a flag and steam id in a single is redundant. often the engine will try to read a flag two people share one is a VIP one is an Admin figure and needs both. if the section for flagging the VIP tag, comes before the admin one, both in the alphabet and by .cfg listing, the admin will have a VIP tag overwritten. completely ignoring the admin tag.
ideally, groups with the most flags go at the top. the less flags the further down. assuming everyone on the list has at least 1 flag different to the person below them on the list.
