I would like to know what I could adjust to make this better. Also where I can find plugins which can do this job, I searched for them and found none before I decided to make this.

I also vote for approving (if that counts for something), the only other similar plugin is fade2black, which is worse than this one since it gives players black screen, with this one they at least can observe someone when they are dead instead starring in black monitor.
