I want when somebody stand 1st in the top15 to shine in green glow to be understood who is the best player on the server!
If he move to another position other than the first, to be removed GLOW effect and be that which it has moved! Generally glow effect only for those who are on the first position! Thanks!

Example:
TOP15
1. Barak Obama - green glow
2. Angelina Jolie - nothing

However, Angelina stands before Barak and obtained the following:

TOP15
1. Angelina Jolie - green glow
2. Barak Obama - remove glow effect, because it is shifted to the second position
