I have made a server that is super VS but the thing is the timing for the server, I was wondering who to change the recharge for the Charger Jockey Spittter Boomer and Hunter, also is there a command to put in config where the vs respawn it less, like respawn to 1 or 2 seconds instead of like 15 or more seconds

All that stuff can be done by changing CVARS. Check the list of all available CVARs for l4d2.
