Seeing as the SourceMod doesn't exactly come with a noob friendly Read-me/howto, and i have no idea where to post this, i will just ask directly, how do you activate a plugin designed for Sourcemod, you dont use metamod for it do you?

You need Metamod: Source to use SourceMod. You place the plugins for SourceMod in the ~/addons/sourcemod/plugins dir.
