How to use buy menu only, no respawns?

hello i was wondering if anyone knew how to use CSDM gun menu at the start of the round without using any of the respawn features. basically only using the CSDM mod as a replacement to the traditional buy menu only. i can not find a way to have CSDM not spawn the player while having the CSDM gun menu still work.

Try to enable ticketing system with tickets 0. It should give gun menu, but no respawn:

bummer, when tickets = 0 its like turning CSDM off completely. nothing comes up at all
