Cant create HLDS Server, Runtime Error.

It was working fine until i installed zombie plugin.

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error.
Program: C:\Games\CS\hlds.exe
abnormal program termination

Everytime i install plugin, it gives this error.

Please tell me fix.

Windows 7 64bit.

Perhaps you have not installed on a server Visual C++ 2005-2008-2012
Install all C++ and reset system and test the results say
