Can someone put together a plugin that precaches and allows you to spawn the military tank from the cargo container in the Sacrifice to be used for the public.

You could spawn it by itself or with the normal skinned tank.

If you know the model of this so called "military tank", which I highly even doubt you can spawn, you could just use
PrecacheModel("models/infected/modelname.mdl");
If no model exists, then there is probably no way to precache it and you have to move on.

The tank that comes out of the cargo hold is a completely different tank from the normal tank.

Pale, shorts, scars, etc.

The normal tank is pink.

I wonder if it's possible to spawn with z_spawn command. I don't think it is.

models/infected/hulk_dlc3.mdl

precache it onmapstart and set the model to tank
