On my 128 tickrate Linux CS:GO server, the server randomly (seems to be when server is full, and not on a map change) crashes, spamming the following error over 100 times in the crash dump:
Quote:
"SendNetMsg: stream[netchan_t::unreliabledata] buffer overflow (maxsize = 4000)!"
|
I've found a little more on the error Googling for it, but nothing that seems related to my problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
I also posted this in the Steam forums, but I think I'd have better luck here.
EDIT:
It still crashes when full without any addons, so I've put it back to 100 tick, as it had been at for months, to see if that solves it. That would seem obvious, but we'd also just switched it to Linux from Windows.
EDIT:
It doesn't appear to be related to the 128 tickrate. Still crashing at 100. :-(
EDIT:
Adding "-threads 1" to the launch parameters appears to have solved the issue, in case anyone else ever has it.
EDIT:
That reduced the frequency, but it didn't actually stop it.
