I am looking at including some sounds on our server; however, I don't want users to download anything before they join. That is why I wanted to implement sounds that are already implemented into hl2/counter strike source/etc. So, does anyone know where I could find a list of all the sounds that hl2 ships with?

Look in your server's hl2/sound directory and in the mod/sound directory. You can use all of those.
