I have a Pug 5x5 server where people can choose (CT, T, SPEC), but I dont know why sometimes they can join in a full team. If the player choose to go to T immediately when he join the server he can join the team, but if he choose to go to SPEC first and then choose CT he cant join because it says the "team is full".

What is the plugin that you're using? Probably pugsetup by splewis?

Try add the pugsetup_teamlocker plugin.
