L4D2 constant crashing. Need helping reading an MDMP

Hey, anyone here who can help diagnose the core issue when it comes to Left 4 Dead 2 Sourcemod? I have been doing this for over 2 months, resetting and going back from the very start yet my client keeps on crashing. I have an mdmp file of the crash but I'd like to ask if anyone who help me with why it is crashing. (For some reason, my mdmp file won't upload to the thread despite being just 32kb while the limit is 488kb). If I may ask, what tools may I use to scan for issues in regards to sourcemod, thanks.

The client but not the server crashes?

Too many models on 1 map? Does it happen on specific maps like c1m3 for example? This always crashes my client because of too many models.

Client yes. Using listen server and Sourcemod 1.9. Its aiming for the 8 survivor bots experience

No, any map I play will work on one map with no crashes, but it will almost always crash from the moment the loading to the second map starts. If it loads, it will crash on the middle of the map instead.

Install Accelerator and post crash details. Also listen servers are notoriously unstable and not supported by SourceMod.

If you can duplicate, I'd remove all extensions and test or all plugins and test, restoring half until you pinpoint problem. Or better still just install a SRCDS dedicated server instead, listen servers are more likely to be unstable and cause problems.

Another crash, I deleted more plugins while in SM 1.9. Only used the 8 Survivors plugins
