My name is Eric aka T-Virus. I am the owner of The Global Paradise server. I am looking for someone to re-do my trade server because it is not working optimally. If you would be given access to my server, you would have control over it. For that reason I would need you to sign either a work for hire or NDA under my company. I also make games (video&physical) and have more than 10 current employees. This server is part of my plan to make a gaming company so the incentive to this project is a bonus on top of what I would normally be paying you. I can't promise any bonus' but I can tell you if I make it big I will bring all my team along with me.
