I need to detect when person press TAB without slowhacking so I tried this:
register_clcmd("+showscores", "something")

but it didn't worked....can somebody help me please?

Check button IN_SCORE.

It's not possible to detect when they press the tab button. You can, however, know when they sent the scoreboard command to the server (see bibu's post).
