Copy .smx plugin to plugins dir. Change map/restart server/load plugin.
Change class to medic and get uber ready. You can see ammo being shown in form of red hud text on your screen while healing someone and having 90%+ of your ubercharge(or anything set by that cvar). It does not work properly because it needs to be updated. Many weapons have been added since then and author is inactive(looks like). I think this should be unapproved or fixed as at its current state, the plugin is useless.
