I've noticed how the amount of cheaters on my servers went way down ever since I put an HLTV in the server. However the problem is that I cant have it running 24/7 and I thought that it would be nice with a fake HLTV in spec. (a bot)

however this seems to have some bugs, like the bot is not always in spec etc
Some functions that also would be nice:
- The bot leaves automatically when the real HLTV enters the server
- Joins when the real HLTV leaves
- The bot shall never ever join any team but Spec
- being able to rename the bot
- Change the info in the "status" command so you can't see that it is a bot (I don't think this is possible, And it's not really necessary)
Can this be done?
