2 things I've noticed are broken.

1. Dark line between stickied topics and normal topics is no longer there, so I can't tell where the top of a topic list for the page is:

2. A lot of users avatars don't show for me, instead just a link saying "username's avatar".

Also, when viewing forums it no longer shows the links to the right of the "new topic" button. E.g:

Allied Modders Index > AMX Mod X > Scripting > Scripting Help

Everything seems normal now. Not sure about the avatar thing you mentioned though.
