Well in my humble opinion a simple plugin to prevent adnins being kicked by players should be part of sourcemod default plugin set.

And then you can have this vote manager as an advanced vote manager plugin, seems right to me and less worry about valve breaking the admin immunity with game updates.

scratch that, configuration file was finally created. although looking through it, i didn't find any explanation on how to auto-pass or veto a vote in progress. thanks for the mod, it's a huge help in the server.

Very true. I installed this plugin for only the admin immunity like you are looking for but the rest is well worth it. Use this, it is the only mod that will never be removed from my server.

Is it possible to disable the on-screen notifications altogether, or so that only root level admins can see them? There is great value to many of us in subtlety and the appearance of a non-modified server. Thanks

yes, but this is done on the sourcemod level not the plugin level.
