Could you maybe hook this up to offline mode, to play with bots and the skins?

You'd need to have sourcemod and metamod source installed in your original csgo folder
Aswell as use -insecure launch parameter i suppose. From what i recall addons folder on actual game unless you have vac mode off a la -insecure

so i would just have to put both in my csgo folder then launch the game -insecure to be able to use the addon offline with bots?

ok i downloaded a dedicated server, followed your instructions and it doesnt work. this is why you need to make a tutorial for noobs

Upload csgo_wpaints.cfg file to addons/sourcemod/configs
