You'd need to have sourcemod and metamod source installed in your original csgo folder
Aswell as use -insecure launch parameter i suppose. From what i recall addons folder on actual game unless you have vac mode off a la -insecure

so i would just have to put both in my csgo folder then launch the game -insecure to be able to use the addon offline with bots?

ok i downloaded a dedicated server, followed your instructions and it doesnt work. this is why you need to make a tutorial for noobs

Installation: Upload csgo_wpaints.cfg file to addons/sourcemod/configs Upload the franug_weaponpaints.smx file from the zip to addons/sourcemod/plugins Upload the franug_weaponpaints.phrases.txt file to addons/sourcemod/translations

If you've followed above instruction correctly then:
Have you installed MetaMod Source?
Do you have SourceMod installed too?
