How limit access to RCON

Only access for: rcon reload

Admin: cdefijmnu

Please, only access for rcon reload. Another i will not...

You would need to have a plugin register a new command and then you can set the flag for that command to one of the flags that you listed.

EDIT: Here ya go. The command is "amx_reload" and the default admin flag is "f".
