What is the best way of advertising a site/forum? I've tried to post on some forums, but they remove these posts.

signature , banners maybe a popup script but i wont recommend that nobody likes them and they are probably blocked.

I've already putted the site in my sig, doesn't help T_T. Also i would need some free or cheap advertising

Just advertise in your game server. Presumably your site is geared towards the players on your game server.

Script a plugin and for 40$ a month ill let you advertise in the server in my signature.

I've dont have so much player's anymore, i advertise the server on my site

Hence you submit your ad to Valve to display...
