Ok now I know how to add groups but I have the following questions

1. What privledges do you think donators should have on the server
2. Can you script it for me?
3. How do I add people to groups?
4. Can you restrict the admin commands for the donators for me?
I'd appreciate the help, I am incapable of editing codes or using programs to edit it. I am a noob, i know.

Dude you sure you want to run a server?

2. Its not a script its set into configs in addons/sourcemod/configs/
3. read the files in addons/sourcemod/configs/ then read the wiki links in the files

That was no help, and im already running a server and its going fine. I just want to add the donate feature, but they expect privledges. Adding groups uses coding and I have no idea how to restrict the major commands and allow the other one. -.- All I need is a effing donator group

sorry I don't mean to be rude, but I have been trying to figure this out for a long time, and I have no knowledge of mysql. Plus I despise php

You might want to try using the config manager that recon0 wrote, makes it easier to manage config files.

also you dont really need any mysql and php experience to get this to work

EDIT: If you really want someone to help with the groups, you should give a list of what commands you want them to allow and what to deny.
