This message is being spammed in my tf2 server's console and causing lag

Post your plugins list; you've likely got a plugin trying to set m_flLastDamageTime to a crazy value.

However, in the meantime, you might be able to use Cleaner on the message to stop the slowdown if it isn't crashing or anything.
