Acording to the link you posted, this is the correct model for the scout hat...

Lets people mess around and have hats for classes there not supposed to. I love the batters helm + halo on the pyro.

Can you do that hats, which are already wearing (from the backpack) will be hidden when i chose a hat in the EM and will be visible when i remove hat in EM?

I think that would require a pretty big change in the plugin and the developer hasn't made time for other changes for some time now so don't get your hopes up. Just take them off and then equip your custom hats.

Btw i can't get the Physician's Produre Mask for medic to work. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, there's a lot of cool looking combos available. I set my server up not for ALL, but set it so only the hats the fit are equip-able (i.e. doesn't clip through their head or float above it ). Some nice combos I've come across include:

Brigade Helm on Sniper
Cowboy hat on Spy
Tough Guy's Toque on Medic

...and recently

Hustler's Hallmark on Soldier
Hotrod on Heavy

This is the best hat update ever !
