I usually used SetEntPropString(client, Prop_Send, "m_szArmsModel".....) to set custom arms etc. but it doesnt work anymore...

Any solution?!?

They screwed up that netprop back in 2016 when they introduced the glove update. Those two posts have the suggested fixes. Try reading them and trying them.
