half life loading sounds

hello friendz,
i want a plugin that plays random mp3 from half life while loading and in spec.
I know there is 1 plugin but dont know the name thats why i cant find it.
Please link me to that or post it here please.

sorry guys its not that plugin the plugin i want plays random sounds from half life ( counter-strike/valve/media/xxxxx.mp3) and the it do not require each player to download every sound it plays becuase half life sounds are preset in every cs 1.6.
so guys please help me
