IMHO, a plugin using ReAPI shouldn't be grounds for unapproval, specially when the alternative is using Orpheu.

Are you kind enough to point out when did I unapprove a ReAPI plugin when the only alternative was orpheu? Because I'm pretty sure I did not and I said this multiple times: reapi plugins are allowed as long as the alternative is orpheu, but if the conversion is simple and can be done with default amxx modules then ReApi is not okay.

I apologize if my message implied that, as it was not my intention. My comment was based on comments suggesting plugins here whose reason is just "ReAPI".

No worries.
If something gets posted here it doesn't mean it will be unapproved. I check each plugin individually to make sure it deserves to be unapproved.

I know this is about New Plugin Submissions, but can we clean up the approved list? Specially the Sven Co-op section that is full of outdated plugins with fixes that were implemented upstream or features that are implemented in the current version of the game.

https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=230808 hardcoded, outdated
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=375648 outdated, broken, author is no longer active in AM, better and currently supported alternative exists here
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=511123 depends on the previous plugin, reasons above
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=428976 outdated, implemented upstream
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=445598 outdated, implemented upstream
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=743263 outdated, implemented upstream

also check the PM I sent you

https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=304376 - Literally too great to exist.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=303454 - Poor description, already exists (tho I don't think either one works totally okay).
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=294778 - Another one trashed, another one approved.

The approved one should also be unapproved because HTML MOTDs no longer play audio.

https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=297514 - contains .amxx file (why is the .amxx file extension not blocked like the .rar one?)
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=298600 - looks like just the "Z" from "Zombie Plague"; nothing special about this plugin; don't see why anyone would use it.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=296812 - I don't see a working download link.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=296917 - the link which is listed as a requirement is broken.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=294254 - hardcoded; doesn't use charsmax anywhere; according to the comments in the thread, the author doesn't seem able to support the plugin if it even is made by him.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=302991 - apart from it containing a backdoor that grants access to the commands based on a set password, the plugin is reduntant as this is a much better alternative.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=302753 - too simple to be approved.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=261658 - the mother of hardcoded plugins; I don't see this being approved due to the amount of hardcoded stuff and overall poor coding.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=300098 - like the author himself mentioned, he doesn't expect it to be approved; too basic and can be done much better.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=303122 - very basic; magic numbers; lack of any configuration options.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=304018 - again, very basic; much more can be done to expand its functionalities (an API forward for instance).
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=303800 - very basic as well; he can improve the code by adding a feature that automatically updates the mapcycle file based on the "mapcyclefile" cvar instead of strictly maps.ini.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=286213 - barely 30 lines of code; doesn't need to be so limited; much can be done to expand it.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=186422 - another basic one; can be achieved with the built-in AMXX menu system or this.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=279548 - I don't think this should be posted here, or at least not in this format.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=298758 - same as above; maybe we should have a brand new section for sub-plugins to make things more organized?
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=296968 - this one too.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=285005 - contains .amxx file; connstant usage of magic numbers; overall poor coding (just check the bottom of the .sma file).
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=306286 - too basic; no configuration; everyone can use the command at any time with no limitations whatsoever; half of the code is copy/paste from the other half.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=305186 - already made with many more features.
https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=296472 - plugin doesn't do anything; author requested for unapproval.

Afaik, you can ask approvers to compile your source and attach it in your plugin, if people have trouble compiling the source because of 3rd-party headers.

Or @Hamlet Eagle can also quote and check ✓ the plugins that are handled, this will help much more
