Hy,I have some questions.
I'm running on my server amxmodx 1.8.1
If I compile plugins with amxmodx 1.8.2 compiler, will work on my server ? And if I compile them with an older version of amxmodx compiler ?

Why would you bump this? The context is not relevant anymore.

it may or it may not work, you're risking
it works the other way around tho, compile under 1.8.1 work on 1.8.2 and 1.8.3 unless you use some very new specific stuff like the new ham sendanim or whatever

Good job, answer a question that is more than 2 years old. The guy bumped this because I have unapproved a plugin of him posted in 2014, he seems to do not like this.

That's an old thread and not relevant anymore, let it die....

There are no differences between 1.8.1 and 1.8.2 AMXX versions, AMXX 1.8.2 it was done in rush to the new update of HLDS, the problem is between AMXX 1.8.2 and 1.8.3 the plugins will not work on amxx 1.8.3 if compiled with amxx 1.8.2/1 and viceversa will give some error output like
Code:
uncompression error
EDIT: Sorry i did not look at the date of first post.

A compiled 1.8.1/2 will work fine on 1.8.3, the reverse is false though (since compiler has been updated). AMXX should be always fully backward compatible.
