Basically I have made my own PHP VIP system with text/SMS. It inserts into the database and all, but it does NOT add the VIP's to the admins.cfg (like it does when you add a VIP/admin on the webpanel)

So how would I do this?

How does sourcebans update the admins.cfg file? I need to do the same. I tried sb_reload & then sm_rehash, but didn't work. It doesn't insert new admins into admins.cfg

Because SourceBans keeps admin in SourceMod cache. That is why when your SourceBans DB goes down, and you restart your server, no one is admin.

Yes, it is 1.x.x

Just do sm_rehash, it refreshes the cache.
