cezars when using the steamid it does not replace first model name with second model name... the first model name is the t model you want to use the second model name is the ct model you want to use.


so you want:
"STEAM_0:0:17879610" "" "ndguards"

and your model must be in "...\models\player\ndguards\ndguards.mdl"


Also, just in case verify that you are actually getting a steamid by checking status in console. That you are not on lan or are a listen or something...
